You may have noticed unusually low % delivered for mailings sent in the last day or so. For about 24 hours starting at 1:45 PM Eastern (18:45 UTC) on November 2, Simplero did not record deliveries or bounces for email addresses with capital letters in them.

The mail still got delivered as it always does!

Unfortunately we can't get those delivery events back, and affected mailings are going to have somewhat weird-looking reports. Opens and clicks were still tracked correctly.
